Sake cocktail is a new way to enjoy sake. Sake itself is already tasty and there’s no need to make it into a cocktail but it’s not bad to try something new for a change.

The one Fukubijin Brewery tried was:

Genshu undiluted sake + generous portion of lemon juice + fizz water = new refreshing beverage

Fukubijin once served as a sake school and many brewers and researchers came to learn the secret of sake making. In the photo is a sign board saying Saijo Shuzo Gakko (Saijo Sake Making School) at Fukubijin.
